Can I reserve products for later delivery?
We can reserve products upon request, depending on availability and product type.

Can I have an order shipped directly to my customer?
Yes, drop-shipment (direct delivery to your customer) is possible. Please indicate this when placing your order.

Can I place a rush order?
Yes, urgent deliveries are possible upon consultation. Any additional costs will be communicated in advance.

What happens if a product is out of stock?
We will contact you immediately and, if possible, offer an alternative or a subsequent delivery.

Can I return an order?
Returns are possible after written approval by Grande Cure and under the following conditions:

  • Products are unopened, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • Chilled or specially ordered products cannot be returned.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please report any damage by email immediately upon receipt, including photos of the damage and packaging. We will provide a suitable solution.

Can I return refrigerated products?
No, for quality and safety reasons, temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned.
