Use and dosage
For an intensive start, the dosage can be temporarily increased.
The recommended daily amount depends on individual needs:
5 to 10 capsules per day.
The capsule can be swallowed whole with water, or the contents can be mixed with a cold drink or cold food.
A period of use of 2 to 3 months is recommended for long-term support of the intestinal flora.
Storage advice
SivoMixx® Microcaps can be stored at room temperature (up to 25°C) without loss of potency of the bacterial strains. Store in a dry, dark place.
