Recommended use
The recommended daily dose is 1 to 2 sachets. Best taken just before bedtime.
A noticeable change can often occur within a few days. For optimal colonization, a period of use of 2 to 3 weeks is generally recommended.
In some cases, a temporary feeling of bloating may occur. This is a normal phenomenon and is related to the intestinal flora adapting to the new bacterial strains.
SivoMixx® should be stored protected from light in a refrigerator at a temperature between +2 and +8 °C.
At room temperature (max. 25 °C) the product can be stored for one week without affecting the number of bacteria present.
